    Noticed this as well. Good.

Noone should be so naive as to think things like this don't go on in our government. The point is though, when we do catch individuals we need to make examples out of them.

Nixon used IRS the same way JFK and FDR did. I mentioned them above with JFK auditing Nixon's mother while dying in a nursing home. LBJ used FBI to tap private citizens phones, Nixon used the FBI to break into Ellsburg's office and Felt, the guy who turned the Watergate Tapes over went to prison for it but Nixon never attacked the church as OBY has done.

Nobody has carried this further than him.

This makes it liberalism vs America.

As Rush said and note: He did it to keep his enemies (including the church) from organizing and raising money.

RUSH: All right. Turn it down for just a second. Look, the whole point of the IRS scandal was to get him reelected. The whole point of the IRS scandal was to prevent his enemies from organizing and raising money. The whole thing was political. He was responsible for it. He set the stage for it. He is the one that sets the tone for it. He is Mr. Partisan. He is the man that they are all loyal to. He is the guy who inspires this kind of thing. For him to come out and say, "Well, you know, I'm just as mad about it as you are. We're gonna fix this thing." Yeah, they didn't do anything about it until the problem surfaced, and, of course, they didn't know any of these problems were taking place.

    LIBERALISM OUT OF CONTROL.

And note the pic how OBY turns the Marines into pussies holding an unbrella over his
head while it was raining. The military has a term for umbrellas and here is a Marine
holding one. Marines have died face down in the mud to save America and here is
    one holding an umbrella.

Yup, this is LIBERALISM OUT OF CONTROL.

    That's the tricky part.

Pull that trigger too soon, like those who are clamoring for impeachment, and you lose public support.

Speaking of making examples, there's nobody in the GOP congress that has the balls
to go after OBY. Boner is always caving in as is but to remove a Prez - No way.

    Good point.

Anyone have an idea what the standard procedure is for the investigation and possible hearings?

Both houses have oversight committees so either of them can call for hearings. And they both have subpoena power.

Ranking members control if hearings get held and those decisions fall along party lines.

They had subpoena power over Holder too and that didn't do any good. He still
hasn't turned over everything they asked for.

DEMs will circle their wagons around OBY just like they did with Holder.
