I know this won't be popular but I think he wasted major talent. Chris McAlister. Yes, he was very good but I think the guy had HOF, legendary skills that he drank away. He was as good as he was despite being an alcoholic and less than completely committed.
Imagine him sober and committed.

Not sure about being an alcoholic but I know he squandered millions of dollars. He is flat broke, to a point where he was living with his parents. Sad story. The guy was one of only a few who was a true shut down corner in his prime.
