Has to be the most boring excuse for a sport ever. Enjoy your 1-0 games I'd rather have some action.

So pissed OKC traded Harden and didn't keep him and amnesty Kendrick Perkins.
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

    Re: NBA playoffs

According to Bill Simmons (so take it or leave it, and I don't blame you if you leave it), Rose is not suiting up because he is super-worried about being another Gilbert Arenas.

Gilbert came back too fast from ACL surgery and was never the same afterward. Granted, Gilbert was/is also a headcase, but general consensus in the NBA is (again, according to Simmons) that Gilbert effed up a great career by coming back too soon from a serious injury.

He caved in to the pressures all around him--fans, media, ... know-nothings on message boards--and returned before he was ready. Simmons says every player with a bad injury now looks to Gilbert as sort of a warning.

Besides, ESPN said the Bulls brass would have to approve Rose's coming back in the playoffs. So, the powers that be don't seem to be rushing him, for whatever that's worth.

Will never understand this. Traded him with a year left on his rookie contract, too. WHY! :grbac: I was ready to root for that nucleus for the next 10 years of my life.

He was a big part of why OKC won this series last year; and are likely to lose it this year. That and the Westbrook injury

Looks like the Heat is way too much for Chicago. Should be a good 2nd game though. Last year this game was the same setup between the same two teams and went to triple OT. Hoping for a regulation win by the Griz tonight.

Miami literally sleep walks through these games... wish the OKC/Memphis game was the early one. I just can't make it to the end

Frank Vogel deserves to be flogged when he returns to Indianapolis.

What a horrible decision to take Hibbert out.
