Henrik Lundqvist is not a human being.

same ol caps what else can you say. team plays with no heart no desire playing dumb and taking penalties.... its like they are just ice skating for fun out there. where is the killer instinct, where is the desire???????? these are the same ol caps for the last 8+ years...the rangers are not that good
also 5-0 power plays is a bit strange...

To me the Caps are career chokers unless they prove otherwise. I've never been a huge hockey fan to where I have a team, but I watch the Caps on/off more so in the playoffs. It seems like they always fold when the pressure is on.

I meant the Caps are very Ravens-esque. Make the playoffs on a yearly basis, but never make that final push. At least our Ravens consistently get to the AFC championship game (Caps have yet to advance to the conference finals with Ovie). I mean we'll see what happens tonight. I think they'll be able to pull it out, but they need to be better. We were playing so well coming into the playoffs and we still are don't get me wrong, but winning road playoffs games is the only way to win a Stanley Cup.

i would compare them to the manning colts, great regular seasons and choke in playoffs...

That would be a good comparison IMO.

I'm looking forward to the game tonight.

Except that Manning has a ring with the Colts.

Caps have not even sniffed the conference championship in almost 10 years.

The better football comparison, IMO, is the Falcons.

You could say the pre-SB Colts where Peyton always racked up huge stats but came up short in the playoffs.
