Not really. He hasn't had a 1,000 yard/8+ TD season yet.

I'm going to go with Ed Dickson. Jimmy Smith a close runner up.

With Boldin gone, I think the Ravens are going to run a lot more 2 TE sets this year. I see Ed Dickson having a much larger role in the offense and I could see him breaking out. Remember he was hurt in training camp and preseason last year and consequently never really got on the same page with Flacco. If he stays healthy, I think Caldwell will utilize his speed and scheme to get him the ball a lot more this year.

    Other breakout players:
    Pierce
    Elam
    J. Smith

It's hard for me to think of a rookie as getting the label of "break-out player." More like, "break-in player." (or the more traditional, "rookie phenom.")

A player that almost everyone is overlooking who has yet to live up to his potential...Rolando McClain.I think with a little structure and talent around him he can blossom into the player everyone thought he would be coming out of Alabama.

I'm also on the Roland McClain train.

Rolando might not even make the team!

Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Bernard Pierce will be starting halfway through the year and get 1,000+ yards

Not likely. Ray had a couple of rough playoff games, but he's still the superior offensive weapon to Pierce. I do think Bernard will improve and earn about 35 to 40% of the carries, but that will likely get him around 650 yards.

Ray I expect to once again break 1000 rushing and exceed his reception totals now that we need to spread Anquan's production around a bit.
