The Jets are rumored to have serious interest in taking Matt Barkley and Tyler Bray with their next two picks.

Seriously, if the Ravens take a QB who might fit their system as a backup, they should look into Zac Dysert (Miami, Ohio) in the 6th or 7th round. I wouldn't think he lasts that long, but the way the draft is working out for QBs now, one never knows.

Well, count me in on the Quinton Patton train. We need a receiver, and he is the best one available.

Apparently Ozzie didn't know it. Barkley is a great fit for what the Eagles want to do. I think he landed in about the best spot that he could have.

If we were going to draft a QB Landry Jones would have be the guy. The Steelers who run an offense reasonably close to ours felt the same way apparently.

This was a draft where the QBs were selected for the most part, where they should actually rank. Not much reaching this year

A ton of teams have drafted their QBs in recent years. They don't have to reach for the next one because they one they got 2 to 3 years ago is still developing.

I agree I was surprised that teams didn't reach.

We don't really know if they reached or not, maybe other teams had EJ Manuel as the top rated QB on their board too. It was like Irvin last year, people thought that was a total reach, and maybe it was, but we don't know for sure, because there were other teams who reportedly wanted him too, and the kid goes out and gets 10 sacks in his rookie year IIRC.
