This is so damn sad! It makes me sick to my stomach that I have a two year old coming up in this pathetic world we live in right now.

Re: OT - 2 explosions at finish line of Boston Marathon
I read they have a suspect based off surveillance video....didn't mention if the suspect is in custody or not...
The Atlantic has a very graphic pic, I wish I didn't look, this is a warning if you check that site, be prepared, the bodily damage is much worst than I ever could of imagined. :(::Flacco Superstar::

Re: OT - 2 explosions at finish line of Boston Marathon
NY Post says 12 dead, 50 injured...Holy hell, this is getting worse by the minute. CNN still says 2 dead, 28 injured, now updated to say 6 of the 28 in critical condition

Re: OT - 2 explosions at finish line of Boston Marathon
So for anyone out there who does run these type of races...
Would you encourage your family to attend the next one? Will this keep your from running anymore of them?
I usually just run smaller races, but I loved my half marathon in D.C. and was planning to tackle both the Baltimore and Frederick ones next year. I'm still thinking I'd run it, but I'm not so sure I want my wife and kids to be there, knowing this kind of danger could well happen.
Then again, someone determined enough might be able to sneak this into a Ravens or Orioles game, and I wouldn't stop going to those..

Re: OT - 2 explosions at finish line of Boston Marathon
Not to beat the conspiracy drum or anything...but does anyone else find that odd? Less than 2 hours they were able to deduce that someone - possibly based on video evidence - is a suspect?
Just makes me wonder...
That's why when you go through training to work for the gov/military they specifically state: "If you see something, say something". Even if it is wrong. Better safe than sorry.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.
