How crazy do you think this board would be if the draft went like this?

That's not an insane draft...I'd be a bit disappointed we "Settled" for Pugh at OL instead of moving up a little to grab Watson or Armstead.

Also, at 32, I think we'd go Hopkins or Cyprien over Hunter.

They'll change their mock 1/2 dozen times before the draft

Like I said, I could live with are picks, but there are a couple parts that I think would drive the board nuts. The guy many on this board are fawning over, Tavon Austin gets picked by the Steelers. Then the 2 of the 3 teams ahead trading down, robbing us of the opportunity. This especially hurts because many of our targets don't start falling until the 2nd, with Elam falling all the way to 58. It just seems like their board falls exactly like we are hoping, and we don't get to take advantage of it.

it would stink to see Tavon go to the Steelers, but they'd lose their 4th and 5th round picks, and end up with just 5 players in the draft at this rate. For a rebuilding team like they need to be, that'd be a poor use of picks.

If we go Pugh in round 2, then that means Oher or KO at tackle.

Austin to sqeelers is upsetting!! That's crazy, and I sure hope at least that don't happen. Our picks are ok, but I would think Ozzie would move for Watson or Armstead. But 12 more days til we have a new litter of Ravens born players. I'm still going to hold out for Austin, Armstead, or Brown. Go Ravens

Agreed. They would definitely be getting a "want" rather than a "need". They've got other issues they need to address, including WR, but WR should be down on that list of "needs"...

I would not like those picks, but if this is how Ozzie had them rated, I would accept them.

Justin Hunter over Keenan Allen and Hopkins just appears to be them (who created the mock) pushing players they like onto different teams. It seemed just like a very un-Raven like first pick. The 2nd rd pick might be a plausible, but I would think that they would try and trade up for a better talent like Armstead for the LT position.

I would hate this draft. I don't like Pugh at all. I don't think he's quick enough to play LT and his arm length is a pretty big concern as well. Even if we needed a RT to start right away, I wouldn't invest pick 62 in him. I'd rather gamble with Faulk in a later round personally. I also dislike Watson as a LT prospect. I think his feet actually make Pugh's look like Carl Lewis.

Hunter at 32 is a massive reach IMO. I see 15 players listed below him that I view as better prospects.

The thing that does appear most realistic is all the teams trading back into the first to grab their QB's happen right before us, so we get stuck at 32. It seems like almost everyone assumes we are going to trade back, but I can definitely see us getting stuck at 32. I see no way NE does not trade back at this point, and can see them selling at a discount.

Arthur brown won't last to the mid second, and Cyprien I don't think will make it out of the first.
