High possibility Ray Lewis throws opening day first pitch for O's
Theres been speculation about who is going to throw the first pitch Friday afternoon for the Orioles. One would think it would have to be one of the Super Bowl Champion Ravens.
I found this tweet from Adamn Jones a day after the super bowl. It would be great for Ray to do this.
Even if its Flacco, would be just as good.

Re: High possibility Ray Lewis throws opening day first pitch for O's
It would be cool, but I kinda thought the O's might go for an O's legend like Brooks or Cal for the home opener. Maybe get Ray and/or some other Ravens in for the first night game or other games through the season. Hey, whatever works. I just hope they continue the good relations that we saw last summer and fall, and not let the schedule deal affect it. It brought a lot of joy to me as a die hard fan of both teams to see the way they supported each other over the last year.

I think Flacco has more of a chance than Ray

Joe was a high school pitcher. His fastball reached 90 MPH.

Personally, I don't want him to throw out the first ball ever. He's so competitive he could end up throwing out his shoulder.
His brother Mike was in the Orioles' organization as a first baseman, but was traded recently to Boston. He is a career.253 hitter in the minors.
