Re: New LT on the market - Gaither's available!
Hang on. The Chargers are saying he wasn't worth close to the mediocre contract he signed with them?
I'm confused.....

Re: New LT on the market - Gaither's available!
At least McKinnie already has money problems pressuring him to make money in the NFL. I say sign McKinnie to a one year deal this year. Then sign Gaither next year when he has money problems and is willing to take a cheap one year deal to try and earn a pay day the following offseason. That gives us until 2015 to finally hit on one of our LT prospects.
Nothing could go wrong ... :)

Hope he saved his money because I doubt any team will give him a contact now...

Wait I thought it was because Harbaugh was mean to him and put him in his doghouse when he was actually injured. Well 9 mil will buy alot of weed ans purple drank. I'm sure his CA doctor gave him a weed card with no expiration due to his horrible back injury

And this from twitter
Mike Sando, ESPN.com @espn_nfcwest 1m
@pff Another way to put it: Chargers would rather have Gaither counting $6M while off the roster than $6.5M while on the roster.

What a POS. A waste of God-given talent has never been so obvious. I'm ashamed that he's a former Terp. No wonder Orlando Brown (rest his soul) had to be restrained from killing him. Enjoy your money, fat boy, because that's the last NFL contract you'll see. He'll be living out of his car in five years.
