Right now I don't consider Graham or Smith to be just "others". And I like what I've seen from Chykie too.

Thanks for the memories and hits Ed. Loved talking to you at camp til they moved it and we couldn't go anymore, another front office blunder. Anyway, We love you.

Good luck as long as your interests don't conflict with ours.

I read one link that where Texans said he gives their D ball controll skills. So where does that leave us?

Sorry to see Ed go, 11 great years, but holy shnikes, 6 million per year is outrageous money for him at this point in his career.

Where are all those turkies that wanted him gone the week after the SB?

They must be rejoicing now that it has happened.

I wouldn't say 'rejoicing', but I am glad.

Well, there is still Jah Reid and David Reed. Also, here are several Reed/Reid players in the draft: Jordan Reed, Kyler Reed, Lucas Reed, Eric Reid, Greg Reid.

However, none of them are - or ever will be - Ed Reed.

Well good luck to Reed. So, how's about that Christian Thompson?

Never again will we hear Ray Lewis rally the team to play far above their abilities. Never again will we feel the instant euphoria as Ed snatches an INT and takes it to the house as the entire stadium screams "REEEEEEEEEEED!!!"

Yet another era in Baltimore has passed.

    Thanks for the memories Ed.

Turkies? LOL. Whatever. Not re-signing him was the right move, and I guess the "turkies" saw it, and the non-turkies didn't. Or...maybe the real "turkies" were the ones who kept deluding themselves into thinking that not re-signing him was the wrong move. In any case, the FO has spoken. Let the turkies fall where they may.
