I know it's tough to do in the NFL these days but still disappointed he didn't play out his career in Baltimore

I may not be a done deal yet, but it might as well be. What would you do if you were the guy? His current employer hasn't offered him anything and a prospective employer is breaking out the private jet. I wouldn't even give the Ravens a chance to match or beat the offer at this point, not that they would do it anyway.
