I can only imagine how Pees is feeling today. He's probably got his finger on the trigger as we speak. LOL

Yep, they have not much cap space at all. Not nearly enough to pay Ed what he wants. We will see if his friendship with Andre Johnson gets him to take much less than he hopes for or will he keep looking.

They have 9.7m of cap space after releasing Kevin Walker. 4-5m will get Reed.

I don't think Harbaugh likes Reed all that much. I think Bisciotti would like to have him back and retire here, but it sounds like they are giving Harbaugh more rope than they ever gave Billick. I don't think Reed will be back at any price and McKinney is definitely a goner. They wouldn't even pay him vet minimum to come back.

I never expected Reed to come back. Loved him as a Raven, but he's way over the hill now.

    Re: Ed Reed to Houston?

Glad a team is interested in Reed. Would be embarrassing for him to stay in Baltimore after hinting about NE. If the texans sign him, they will get to experience Reeds emotions and comments. Great player in his prime, thanks Ed for being a Raven. Hope where ever you go,much success. Maybe the texans won't fall apart these year and do something in the post season. One and done(Atlanta too) hurts when your team is over rated by the talking heads for most of the year. You know, when p king has them in the top 10 most of the season.

Ravens may not want Ed Reed back, visiting Texans on Thursday

Very interesting, if true...and this could be why we're seeing such a mass exodus from the club right now...

Something is getting broken in my house if we don't keep Ed.

If this is true, Harbaugh will be surrounded with a bunch of "yes sir" guys. Hopefully these new conformists can actually play football.
