The Bears don't have a single first round pick from the Jerry Angelo era (2001-2011) left on their roster.

Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Looks like the Ravens won't have to worry about facing Josh Brown in game 2 - he just got a two game suspension

Which makes you wonder why they kept Angelo for 10 years.

No way the Giants move Nicks. The Giants have 1 last year with 2 dominant receivers. They're not giving that up.

Its not going to happen, but it is fun thinking about it. I'm not sure if there'd be an overall more talented/balanced offense in the league if it were to happen.

Joe Flacco, Ray Rice, Bernard Pierce, Dennis Pitta, Torrey Smith, Hakeem Nicks, a solid Oline, and a bunch of other talented players waiting to break out (Juice, Thompson, Doss, Dickson if you could call it a break out, more like a remergence.)

Then on paper we have a top 10 defense again that in all likelyhood will end up back in the top 10 at least this year, thats all you need with an O like that.

Yeah the Giants aren't gonna do that. No WAY, their FO is on par with ours. You gotta look at the dummies of the league.

Hey maybe we can poach BM from the Bears since they seem to want to restock on draft picks lol. He's in his final year with a cap hit of 9.4M

Lol Hey as long as we're tossing stuff out there, I think that would be a easier shot than Nicks lol.

Would love him at a much lower cap hit lol

We can all dream. A team is never perfect on paper, its just impossible in the salary cap era, we are one solid/good WR away from being a perfect team ON PAPER imo, but I think its just going to be one of those things we have to live with.

The Curse of Art lives. All we need to do is convince a few Browns fans that it's real, and we'll have the whole city campaigning for Art's HOF election.
