Personally speaking, I'd cut both and just roll in with Bynes, McClellan and a couple of draft picks. A ILB in this day and age are easier to find everywhere, and we are likely to have a much better Dline next year, so I've been on point since last year, expressing how much of an overrated need ILB is. That extra 1.4M from cutting McClain could be the difference between signing Dumervil.

IMO, signing Dumervil is the key to this off-season as far as the Ravens defense is concerned. A good pass rush can compensate for a lot of other defensive deficiencies.

I really don't know what it will take to sign him. This may take some time though, because Dumervil hasn't gotten the type of offer that would make him want to sign yet. So, either some time has to pass causing Dumervil to lower his price, or another team is going to jump in to this and sign him. Signing Dumervil would make up for the loss of a number of players this off-season.

The Ravens are not cutting Vontae Leach. Leach is the man and all other potential cuts bow before him.

If the Ravens put Rice and Pierce on the field together for a non-trivial # of snaps, Leach becomes less valuable. You start looking for a #3 tight end who can fit the H-back skill set.
