TT at least knows the system and has legs.

Jackson would be starting from scratch.

He has nfl experience and if they want to bring in another camp QB, he's an option. No idea if he'd make the team and if he did I would hope he never played, same as our current backup. Just saying there's not much risk in taking a look.
