So sorry for the delay. Too much FA excitement these days.

With the 31st pick, the San Francisco 49ers select, Matt Elam, safety, University of Florida.

Ed is a bit too old and Gholston is a bit too expensive. Elam will fit in just fine.

For the much awaited 32nd pick, The Baltimore Ravens select DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson.

Hopkins stock has been rising fast. I feel like Baltimore will be able to trade out of the first, and still obtain him. Hopkins is a great compliment to Torrey given his size and physicality, and is a great replacement for Boldin.

I will seriously consider attempting a back flip if we end up with him.

With the 33rd pick in the 2013 NFL draft, the Jacksonville Shaguars select Alex Okafor, DE Texas.

They have zero pass rush, he will help out with that as well as do a decent job setting the edge.

With the 36th pick, Detroit selects Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford.

Megatron is the best receiver in football. However, he is all the Lions really have. Ertz can stretch the field and is an excellent receiving TE. He is also much more of a dynamic player than Pettigrew.

Re: RSR Mock Draft 2.0 - Picks Thread

With the 37th pick, of the 2013 NFL draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select, Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama.

Marvin Lewis was as we all know the DC of the 2000 Ravens, and would have known Jamal Lewis well. Eddie Lacy is a very similar type of back, he is big, tough, and hard to stop once he gets going. He is the perfect back for the AFCN, and can carry the load of a team looking to take pressure of its QB. I think Dalton still has potential to get better, but right now, the Bengals offense is so one dimensional to defend against, AJ Green is the only real match up nightmare. BJGE is a good complimentary back, but he isn't good enough to be an every down back IMO.

He's also the BPA at this point IMO.
