With the 14th overall pick, the Panthers select Kenny Vaccaro, safety, Texas.
Of anyone watched Panthers games last year then you saw how bad their secondary was. I was hoping Rhodes would slip, but I would be satisfied taking Vaccaro here. He is solid in coverage, has excellent range, and is tough against the run.

With the 15th pick of the 2013 NFL draft, the New Orleans Saints select, Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia.
I'm surprised he's still on the board, and is clearly the BPA at this point, and will be a perfect fit in the Saints new 3-4 defense. His medical issues are a red flag, but he seemed to do fine playing in the SEC at an extremely high level. The Saints were terrible on D last year, and couldn't get to the QB at all, they need help.

With the 16th pick in the 2013 NFL draft, the St Louis Rams select, Keenan Allen WR Cal
This may be a little early for Allen, but Bradford needs weapons and I really like Allens hands. Their biggest needs are OL and WR so I decided to address WR early."Cause if you ain’t pissed off for greatness, that just means you’re okay with being mediocre, and ain’t no man in here okay with just basic.”

With the 17th pick of the 2013 NFL draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers select: Damontre Moore, DE/OLB, Texas A&M
Too obvious really. With the newly vacated slot at OLB, thanks to the release of James Harrison, and the failure of the likes of Carter and Worilds to shine they need to address this glaring need. Moore has disappointed at the Combine and his Pro Day, but he's shown it on the field where it counts.

Re: RSR Mock Draft 2.0 - Picks Thread
With the 18th pick of the 2013 NFL draft, the Dallas Cowboys select: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Cowboys are an absolute mess. Researching their roster from top to bottom, they are completely overloaded with bloated contracts for old, ineffective players, and have very little young, elite talent. They have massive holes on the OL, but Jonathan Cooper and DJ Fluker would both be reaches at this spot.
In this scenario, they would likely release several of the overpaid defensive linemen weighing down their roster--most of whom are 3-4 players and bad fits for their new 4-3--and go forward with a youth movement on defense. Richardson is the BPA and a building block around which their defense can be built.

The Giants were hoping that one of the top defensive backs would fall but that didn't happen. Time to go to plan B which is another pass rusher to replace the departing Osi Uminyora.
With the 19th pick the New York Football Giants Select:
Barkevious Mingo DE LSU
