He actual has athleticism and has special upper body strength with great feet. Cody I think got something like 21 reps at the combine. Williams has said he expects to break the combine bench press record, so I would expect him to get 40+ in reps. He would make our whole front 7 better.
I totally agree. I think some are not high on him because they just assume he's a one dimensional run defending DT from Alabama. They may even think too much about Terrence Cody, but Williams is about as far away as you can get from Cody, and he has a lot of upside IMO as an every down player, not just a 2 down DT. Just my opinion from what I've seen of him in the SEC.

Speaking of defensive tackles like Jesse Williams, anything to potentially push Terrence Cody off the roster I am all for.

He is a monster for sure. I do want him, not sure if he is right at 32 but I don't think he'll be there in round 2. I'd really like Te'o or Minter in round 1 and Williams in 2.

I'm between Minter and Tavon Austin at 32. I believe it will be Minter though.

I'd bet my mortgage on Jesse Williams beating Cody in camp outright for the starting NT spot if we drafted him.

I don't see Austin as BPA or the best fit at 32. I think he'd be great to have, but I worry 174 guy lasting long enough to justify a 1st round pick.

I think Austin is going to surprise some people.

This. The guy is a freak with the ball in his hands. Now that we have a capable/competent offensive coordinator, Austin would add a great dimension to our team.

I don't. I think everybody knows what he is capable of. I see a cross between Mark Clayton (the productive college player) and DeSean Jackson.

I know he is very quick and EXTREMELY agile. But I do not see something that wow's me so much I would take him in the first over big needs like ILB NT etc.
