    Some more metrics from today...

    Positives:
    Terron Armstead, OT, Arkansas-Pinebluff, 31 reps [6'5" 306lbs, 34"+ arms]

Chris Faulk, OT, LSU, 25 reps [6'5" 331lbs, 34"+ arms]
DJ Fluker, OT, Alabama, 21 reps [6'5" 339lbs, 36"+ arms]
Luke Marquardt, OT, Azusa Pacific, 31 reps [6'8" 315lbs, 34"+ arms]

    Negatives:
Oday Aboushi, OT, Virginia, 17 reps [6'5" 308lbs, 33" arms]
    Travis Robertson, OG/C, Wisconsin, 21 reps [6'4" 312lbs, 33" arms]

    Brian Winters, OT/G, Kent State, 9 reps [6'4" 320lbs, 33"+ arms]

Marques Wilson apparently has been hitting the weights. Measured in at 6'3" 195lbs. 32" wingspan and 9.3" hands.

    Not sure.

Dude has lots of talent. He is a smooth and fluid runner with nice hands. Long arms. He quit or got booted off the team this year, but he claims that the coaching staff was abusive (Mike Leach). Considering who the HC was, I'm not so sure that Wilson was lying about that stuff. Leach is kind of a scumbag.

I would be down with Wilson as a mid to late round guy. He has a ton of upside and could legitimately be a #1 or #2 receiver in the NFL.

I think bmorecareful was (or is) pretty high on him.

Greg Cosell feels that Chance Wormack and Jonathan Cooper are better Guard prospects than David DeCastro was last year.

4 out of 5 are OTs. I like it. Build the O line and let Flacco go wild.

I know it's been brought up before, but a lot of reporters are saying manti will fall to us.... I am real anxious to see his work out.

You WILL remember his name when he's OROY!

Wilson was definitely a guy who coasted on pure athleticism. Prior to 2012 he dominated the PAC-10/12 even on a bad team with no other weapons but him.

So what you have is a guy who is so naturally gifted he could single handedly tear up a BCS conference despite being on a horrible team with nobody to take the heat off him, and he didn't even have to break a sweat to do it. He is that talented.

But whether he has the drive to work for it at the NFL level is the key, and of course, with all the Titus Youngs and prima donnas out there, this guy comes across as a potentially combustible pick. Even if you discount (as I do) the flare-up with Leach. Leach quite frankly has a bad history of putting good players in the doghouse (in addition to bad, whiny players like Adam James...) and not getting the best out of his top recruits.

So when Leach came in, it's no surprise he gave Wilson the most flack. So to me that's all a wash. Leach has put two decent guys in the NFL his whole career -- Crabtree, and Amendola. You could throw in Welker, but Welker did it all on his own once he got to the NFL. Crabtree is really the only major talent he had that he didn't manage to completely destroy. All his QBs and everybody else... pretty much crap.

That doesn't make Leach's point invalid -- it was well known that Wilson coasted on athleticism before Leach got to Washington State. And it was no surpise the two didn't get along.

Bottom line on Wilson is I'd really want to see his make-up personally before deciding. If he works his ass off, he's got top-class ability. Moderate risk / extremely high potential reward , as a pick.

As a Hokie fan I'm embarrassed to say I thought Fuller had another year left. And I'm sorry he doesn't. He only played one year, after transferring from Kansas where he was a track guy.

Plays one year of football, and all I can say is, after watching every VT game this year, he pops off the TV screen at you. He was pretty much the whole damn offense (that and Logan Thomas trucking linebackers).

You'd think for a track guy in his first year of college football he'd be all 9 routes, but the guy was TOUGH. He caught everything from slants to sluggos to seam-busters in the middle. Saw him get rocked a few times and hang on to the ball like nothing. 6'2" and... did I mention a Big12 track scholarship guy? Supposedly runs in the 4.3's. I wouldn't doubt it. Even if he times slow, what I see with him is a guy who's fast but can also move the chains for you. I would venture to say he's damn near a JJ12 clone, but in all honesty, probably with better hands.

I don't recall him returning kicks, but I do recall him being pretty much the main option in the passing game and like I said... you watch any Hokie games from 2012, and this dude jumps off the screen. Talk about passing the eyeball test. Good on the Ravens for talking to him.

Like I said, I didn't know he was even in the draft till I read leach's post. Assumed he was just a Junior. Damn. As developmental guys go, he's probably further along now than Streeter or Thompson were last year. I definitely see a guy who's a little raw like Torrey was, but who just might have a killer learning curve to him -- which if you watch him you won't believe it was his first year of college football, so the evidence suggests he very well might. He might have that ability to learn fast and evolve correctly that you need to advance at the next level.

Greg Cosell likes Kevin Minter a little more than Manti Teo.

i bet if kaep was in this draft he would be the #1 pick (just based of rgIII and russell wilson's production), this is such a copy cat league thats why im pretty confident geno smith is top 10 pick
