They'll still play the Ravens tough, they almost always do.

What happened to the Steeler is losing. Losing creates locker room issues, bickering, selfish play, etc. the same way that winning cures them.

And what created the losing? For starters, holding on to aging players for too long for sentimental reasons (Heath Miller who can't stay on the field is a prime example but there are others), a boneheaded QB who keeps taking unnecessary hits and getting injured, and a clueless head coach whose claim to fame was winning the SB with the team the previous head coach built for him.

And yes, I am kicking them while they are down (while we have the chance)

Hell, we lost to Charlie Batch last year and that was with Boldin, Pitta and Jones in the lineup. In the other game, we squeaked by against Leftwich. I expect a nailbiter when we play them at best.

These games will likely be their Super Bowls this year. I am still loathe to count them completely out but they look a mess so far. For all the crap we give our Oline I would be seriously worried that Joe would get badly injured behind theirs'. If they are all but out of it come Thanksgiving (BIG if) you know theyd like nothing more than to steal a W in our home in front of a national audience.... and almost certainly put a dent in our own playoff hopes.
They hate us..... but they want to BE us. (.... or at least poach all our players/coaches/FO people!)

    Because Cam Cameron.

Though now the playcalling is just as bad.

If the Ravens have good playcalling, they will win by 20+ and there will be nothing the Steelers can do about it. Really if the Ravens would just always open up the passing game against the Steelers, Flacco wouldn't have lost to them ever again after that 2008 season. Flacco is always forced to convert 3rd and long after 3rd and long when it comes to the Steelers.

There isn't much of a difference when the Steelers play with Batch or Leftwich. Since 2008 the Steelers average ONE more point scored per game than when they play with Batch/Leftwich/Dixon.

Hope they don't face the bye week in the first round of their "playoffs"...could be a quick one and done.

Funny, but you know, if the Ravens had lost, steeler fans would have been happy. Steeler fans will take the bye week with pleasure. LOL

So if they finish with a top 5 draft pick, do you think they take a QB?

Not a chance. They are going to ride Ben until his wheels fall off.
