Sometime shortly before or after the pre-season starts; it's revealed that someone within the 49ers staff were involved (either directly or indirectly) with the power outage. 49ers organisation act quickly to distance themselves by trying to downplay this person's involvement saying that they weren't really part of the team.

Only to find out that they're a position coach/athletic trainer...
