Sickening. So sorry for him and his family. Our prayers are with him. Very sad to hear.
As far as drunk drivers... don't get me started. Driving a car while intoxicated is no different than firing a gun into a building. You may not specifically set out to kill someone, but you very damn well could. Whether or not somebody does die should be irrelevant. The action is the same, it shouldn't take dead bodies to get drunk drivers locked the hell up for good.
