He doesnt deserve one, he cost the Ravens one over the years, IMO. But he will get one because the Ravens are a first class organization.

Part of me definitely agrees with you, but the other part of me has to agree that he in some way is responsible for some of the success, even if it was by sucking enough to hire somebody else.

While I understand your message, let's not be too quick to vilify Cam. Harbaugh's decision to fire Cam and promote Caldwell was a brilliant, gutsy move. Let's not forget that Cam was instrumental in Flacco's maturity, although after about 3 years his word had gone stale. If I was a GM, I wouldn't hire Cam, but allow him his input into Joe's growth. It's almost like Mason helping Flacco to become a better QB, but he didn't get a ring either... Bc

He should get one. He was a part (early season wins) of what got us to the playoffs (as well as part of what held us back). He played a huge role in the development of Flacco too.
