Compensatory draft picks revealed
http://fansided.com/2013/02/04/2013-...nsatory-picks/
We're getting a fourth for Ben Grubbs a 5th for JJ, a 6th for Redding, and a 7th for Zibikowski. I thought that maybe we had a shot at getting a 4th for JJ which would leave us with three 4th round picks, and Redding may have been a 5th round pick, but oh well, better than nothing I suppose.

I guess it came down to JJ and Redding not having great years. They were huge losses to us, but I guess not huge pick ups to Indy and SD

Re: Compensatory draft picks revealed
I see no indications that this is anything other than speculation. It certainly doesn't appear to have originated from the league. I would question if this is definitive.
If it is, this is actually exactly the distribution I conservatively estimated for all my mock drafts and such. I think it's more than reasonable and these picks will be very helpful.

Could we get a fourth for JJ? His stats were literally identical to last year except for a half sack less. 40 tackles 2 sacks 1 ff.
What about maybe a fifth for Redding? 36 tackles 2 sacks. 2.5 sacks less but 7 more tackles than last year.“Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people.”

If playoffs are also taken into consideration Redding had 6 tackles and a sack against the Ravens.
