Btw, Inexplicable didn't make his pick in the first round either, any idea if he can get on any time soon? He's on the clock with the vikes.

    I wouldn't count on it.

This happens every time we try to do one of these. Some guys sign up for it, forget about it, and then others end up picking for them.

Since it doesn't look like he's going to make a pick, and jonboy isn't picking in this round, I say he gets to make the pick.

Seconded. Jonboy you're on the clock.

    The Vikings select:

Robert Woods, WR USC. With the uncertainty surounding Percy harvin and virtually no quality depth behind him, WR is the need and Woods provides that playmaking ability needed to compliment the solid Kyle rudolph and short area quickness of Harvin.

That pick makes sense, Ponder could do with more weapons with or without Harvin as it is.

Jaydee is up with the Bungles.

The Bengals give Geno Atkins some help with the highest rated player left on their board, and select
    KAWANN SHORT, DT, PURDUE UNIVERSITY.

Can't believe he has made it this far. That guy has a lot of talent and if you ask me, I think he hasn't hit his ceiling.

Yeah, it's pretty weird that no one took him earlier, I was seriously considering him with my #1 (Seattle at 25 overall).
He's a pretty darn good interior pass rusher.

What the hell...I thought that guy was long gone. I don't know that I would have taken him for Pittsburgh or the Bears, but I would have seriously considered it.

I was really praying you guys forgot him. I was thinking I could stick him next to Ngata and run a hybrid D with the two of them and McPhee providing some awesome pass rush/ run stopping.

    C'est la vie.
