The more I read about this, the more I am convinced that Ray handled this the right way. Giving anymore information than he did, would have opened a can of worms. Ray kept relatively quiet, which meant that the media would look for more noise from SI and Ross. The more noise they have made, the more they've made themselves look like a fool.

There is a reason the NFL made it known that they weren't going to touch this.

Now we see Ross attacking SI, which further helps Ray's side of it.

If Ross and SI had backed each other, it would have made Ray look worse.

Now Ross is calling out SI for "catfishing" and misleading about the article, making SI look shady...almost as shady as Ross himself.

I may be in the minority and that's fine. But if this guy isn't so smart that he is actually pretending to be this... stupid? Than I feel bad for him.

Either he is a) con-artist(ish) type person

or

b) just not a bright guy

If it's b, than I do feel bad for the guy...

This is why Ray called him a coward. Ray doesn't call out too many people like that. The last one was Rex (Buffoon, not Ray's words) and the one before that was Adalius Thomas (Envious buffoon out of the league).

That's thing, I think he really believes in what he's selling, he seems genuine in wanting to help athletes.

That's fine if he believes it. I guess I just feel bad he's not that bright. It's one thing if people choose to be stupid or ignorant, it's another if they just lack a decent IQ... you know like Forrest Gump.
