Re: Ravens Cuts Announced
I'm surprised that Cory Ross didn't make it, but really glad that the kicker Rhys Lloyd did. And Darling survived for now. He's gonna have to make the best of that, or he's gone after this year. I thought we might have kept Rimpf as well, but somebody had to go so that we could keep Lloyd and Troy Smith.
Of course these cuts are not the end. The Ravens could very well claim players from other teams off waivers.Last edited by RockyMRaven; 09-01-2007 at 06:31 PM.

I'd bring...
Bryant, Ellison, Ndukwe, Ross, Freeman, Ballentine, Linson and Willis back for a solid PS.

Re: Ravens Cuts Announced
I would have actually preferred Linson or Willis to Darling, really.

Ta Ta Clarence......maybe you should try a touch football league where you can't get hit. You'd be great!

Re: Ravens Cuts Announced
I definitely agree with this as I believe the former two have far more upside than Darling does. I don't know that they're as good as Darling is right now, but they aren't much if any worse and they can both be better in not a lot of time.
I'm also somewhat disappointed Musa beat out Ross. I think Ross dramatically outplayed Musa this preseason.

Re: Ravens Cuts Announced
looks like CRoss is on the practice squad, which I'm happy to hear. anyone know if CMoore got picked up?
looks like the WR spot is kind of thin..."Nothing stops these Baltimore Ravens. Beat them, injure them, shove them to the bottom of the standings, drag them into a hostile environment and mount a big lead, and they just keep trudging forward like nothing fazes them." (Bleacher Report)
