Because of the strenuous demands of Ball So Hard University, transferring credits is usually not possible. Pollard is the exception.

Pollard destroying Patriots went from comical to downright eerie.

"None of the other hits was as vicious as Sunday's strike, when ball carrier and tackler lowered their heads, and Pollard delivered the boom".

It should be noted that the most "vicious strike" of the game was by a Patriot defender that snapped Dennis Pitta's head back but was unpenalized imagine that!

Pollard made an excellent tackle but the NE running back actually brought his own head down forcibly to meet Pollards and knocked himself out!

Golly Gee. I guess that's why they wear helmets!

"The hit was within the rules, but it's precisely the kind of collision the NFL would like to get rid of -- players lowering their heads into contact and sustaining concussions".

And so the media turns a simple football play into fuel for a campaign to further pussify the game we love.

If you break the rules you can't make the rules.
    - Remove Coach Tomlin from the NFL Competition committee.

I was rocking my Pollard jersey yesterday. Been a fan since he jacked up tammy when he was still with the Chefs.

Misleading headline on that USA Today article:
Bernard Pollard unapologetic for latest big hit on Pats

But then right there in the article, Pollard says, "It's just a tackle. It's football. He broke a hole and we filled. That's fine. That's football. I hope he's okay. We're competitive in the moment. But when everything calms down you want that guy to be okay."

    How does that sound unapologetic?
Screw what the butt-hurt idiots say (fans and media): Pollard's no thug.
He plays strong safety the way it's supposed to be played. I recall Polamalu delivering some hard hits in his prime and everyone (again fans and media) going gaga just gushing over him for it.
    Nice double standard there, geez.
