So because it's not called makes it correct?

Other than the call that resulted in Kruger covering Hernandez, I'm okay with it. But it usually doesn't work when your best pass rusher tries to cover one of their main targets. That's just a mismatch and a waste of strengths.

This post completely contradicts itself. Sweet!

Damn it offense, we need POINTS (preferably TDs), and not play-calling so predictable a 5-yr. old could figure it out. The D can't do it by themselves.

If YOU think it's not being correctly called then go ahead, just don't go starting a thread after the game about how the league tailors rules to comfort the Pats

Flat out full-speed dive in windy conditions that nips his fingers. Please. That play was 89.5% on Joe, 10% on the weather and .5% on Pitta. Dickson's was a real "drop."

And while the safeties are deep the LBs are crowding the line looking for run. So the answer isn't run, it is short pass (on 1st down).
Pierce hasn't looked too bad running the ball, has he?

The point is that it seems - IMO - that they are trying to A) Control the clock and B) get the safeties to start second-guessing themselves.

Regarding Pitta's drop - yea, absolutely tough pass. But PLEASE yourself. That hit him in the hands. Tough catch or not, he has to come down with that. Considering Joe had a guy IN HIS FACE when he released the pass, I was surprised that the ball was even that on target. It would have been a hell of a play, but it is a play that Pitta has made before. Two dropped passes in succession are drive killers and momentum killers. Can't have that.

After Flacco's performance in Denver you can never count him out. This ain't no hill for a climber.
