This thread is pretty silly. Both the Ravens last week and Broncos this week were sold out a long time ago..weeks in advance, actually.

The OP's comments and HR's comments about tickets being available the week leading up to the game lead people to believe the games weren't sold out. Of course there are secondary market tickets available a few days before the game.

But you get my gist.. Just because a few thousand people try to make 3-4x face value on their playoff tickets on StubHub doesn't mean fans aren't gobbling up tickets out of lack of support for the home team. That's where this thread was going. And I agree with T.. it's all pretty silly.

My comments were intended to point out the same. I wasn't suggesting there was a lack of support.

Tickets can be bought for all the playoff games and their availability on the secondary market doesn't mean anything.

Both of those sites are secondary market sites -- one ran by a private entity and the other by the league itself.

Smart move on the leagues part, recognizing they cannot stop scalping so they simply get into the scalping business themselves.

And it looks like Ticket Exchange is now sold out of seats for the game.

Ticketmaster turns the tickets backover for them to be sold at the box office windows. Either 12 or 24 hrs before the game.
