Well Fuck it if the Bengals can't stop the run, why throw the ball?

Re: Game Thread -- Ravens @ Bengals (Pseudo Preseason Edition)
Look at the holes up the middle that are being opened up. You gotta consider going with these guys next week.

Pierce hits the hole beautifully and is so physical and explosive once he's through the line.
Well, there's Tyrod's first pass--an incomplete into the stands while scrambling around. Sounds about right.

Everyone don't forget, Cam was the one who wanted to draft Tyrod :o
I'm really impressed with Pierce. Reminds me of Arian Foster.

Re: Game Thread -- Ravens @ Bengals (Pseudo Preseason Edition)
The more carries Pierce gets, the more you realize that he is special and needs to get legit touches in real game time. Really think he's a better pure zone runner than Rice in certain situations. I'd like to see them go to more of a true timeshare on run downs with Rice playing all passing downs. About 60/40 slanted to Rice overall.

And that is why Tyrod is the backup. :)
That said, this road playbook needs to be destroyed in a fire this off-season. It is horrendous.
