They will be game planning for the Colts all week this week and next week, not the Bengals. They know the Bengals and see them twice a year. It will be like the 4th preseason game.
The NE game was moved to 4 pm

Yes but this is Joe Flacco not Peyton Manning or Dan Marino, those guys are HOFers, and are considered to be the best QB's never to win a SB (that was what they said about Peyton before he won one), when has anyone even put Flacco up there for the "best QB to never win a SB" statement?

If postseason play is the primary criteria, Peyton Manning sucks donkey balls and Little Brother is twice the QB he'll ever be.
Peyton has the 10th best playoff QB rating of all time. Eli has the 9th. Brady the 12th. Brett Favre the 13th. Steve Young the 14th. Big Ben the 19th.

Not sure about "sucking donkey balls."

Matt Stafford has 4,700 yards with a game to go and a 79 QB rating. Yards just don't mean much anymore.

I was looking up stats of Flacco vs Ryan and came across a interesting article. It basically breaks the qb down to the talent that is surrounding them. Never really thought of it this way, take a look.

He said YPA, which hasn't changed since 2009.

Misread that, thanks. YPA is still pretty decent considering his completion % is lower.

I think that breaking 4,000 yards is a big deal considering Cam's offense has never produced one.

Sure, 4K cant hold a flame to what guys like Brees, Stafford, and some others have done, but for our town that is a pretty swell milestone.

Need to let him go and sign Alex Smith instead.

Now THERE'S a QB who would love to have a 3,200 yard season just once, much less a 4,000 season.

    Alright, I am officially confused.

    4,000 yards passing isn't important.
A 2:1 TD/INT Ratio isn't important, not even counting his rushing TDs.
But, playoff wins aren't important, because he only rode Ray Rice and the defense?

Well I guess it's nice, but here are the things that are important to me in terms of the QB position.

    Minimum amount of turnovers
    TD's
    Completion %
    Avoiding sacks where you can
    Winning games
    4th quarter performance
    Play off wins
    Ultimately- SB rings

Joe has proven he can excel in all of these areas, but it needs to be more consistent if he ever wants to be considered/paid like a top 5 QB in this league. He certainly has the wins, and even play off wins, a SB would really put him in the conversation this year.

And on the last point, in the play offs Joe has kind of rode his defense in all but two games where had had a great game @KC and @NE.
