and with that = players playing at way less that 100% and means that they will give up plays or not make plays. They will be playing out of desperation.

BTW- I think Ray comes back this week ESPN reported last weed saying that they wanted to give him one more week and he could have came back but the team wanted the extra week.

Also, logic says that if he were not coming back this week they would have IRd McClain already and opened up a roster spot. Seems they are saving it for Ray and will make the move later in the week most likely sat which is the dead line for him to be activated to play.
