The Ravens don't play until 4 PM, which means the division may be decided by kickoff if Cincy loses to Pit. If that happens, the remaining games are rather meaningless, since we'll likely only get the #4 seed.

If Cincy loses next week I think Week 17 will be meaningless. You're right though the team needs some reps. Maybe they can rest the D (Suggs, Ngata, Reed, Lewis).

How does it feel to be the Steelers next week. If they beat Cincy they hand us the division...if they lose it hurts their playoff chances and they would lose to CINCY. LOL

I think you rest Suggs, Ngata, Yanda, and Lewis.

Will depend on what happens at 1 pm between Pitt and Cincy. If Pitt wins most everyone will be rested.

Does it really matter? Once the post season starts records go out the window anyway. It's anyone's ball game.

Right now, we have backed in, but there are 2 more games to go. Win the division and we go into the playoffs facing forward. I have been feeling horrible all day, but at least this gives me a little lift and a ray of light in the darkness.

Almost a pick six by big ben in OT. I think they should trade him and fire tomlin. And while they're at it they should also fire Haley.

And isn't Ben Roethlisberger an elite QB? Yet he threw the pick that lost the game. And isn't Matthew Stafford regarded as being a very good quarterback? Well, he threw TWO pick-6's today.

I think we also need to look at the results of the NE/SF game - If the Pats lose to drop to 10-4, there is still some reasonable chance that we could get the #3 seed, and that has some potential advantages in terms of hosting a 2nd playoff game. It's a bit of a long-shot, but it's not out of the question.
