Some of that is true. That team though only went 5-11....big difference. This one has 9 wins....still disappointing but you have to have realistic expectation. Considering who we have lost, considering who is basically out there playing at 50% its a miracle this team has 9 wins.

Changes need to made. If it keeps going downhill then next year you make a change. You do not fire a coach who has Johns record based on a 9 win season (even if they lose out) when you consider the losses b4 the season and in season.

Sometimes the next guy up is not good enough. That falls on Ozzie as well. That needs to be fixed first then judge John.

John's only getting fired if he's lost the locker room. He won't be for any other reason and that's as it should be.

But if you've lost the locker room, it doesn't matter how good you are. That said, I agree to an extent, the front office has to do some soul searching.

Flacco has been bad...but if you look at the offense as subjectively as possible, you will see that a good 80% of the offensive issues are the OL.
