Yea lets fire the guy with an almost .700 winning percentage, prob 5 straight playoff appearances and had not lost 2 straight in years.

Harbaugh took over a 5-11 team and has been to the playoffs each year. Look at the injuries, look at the offense. I personally think you give the guy a chance to straighten it out. How many times did people call for Coughlins head etc....
