The Last Kick-off In Regulation...
After the Redskins tied the game up, with 29 seconds to go, as they had been doing all game, they kicked-off away from Jacoby Jones. It went VERY close to the pylon in the front of the end-zone, and Jones indicated (demonstrably) that it went out of bounds.
Getting the ball on the 40, with I believe 1 timeout, is enough (barely, but enough) time to get 20 or so yards and give Tucker a chance at a game winner.
CBS never showed a review (thanks, CBS), but does anyone know if this is a reviewable play?

Go to the last page and there it is. I personally was wondering the same thing yesterday and can't find the exact language which goes either way with a clear answer in the rule book.
But the way the rule is worded "Non-Reviewable Plays include but are not limited to..." seems to indicate that unless the type of play is definitively stated as reviewable, it is not reviewable.
Either way, Jones seemed to think the ref got it wrong...would have been nice to see a replay of it.

Re: The Last Kick-off In Regulation...
i saw that as well. the crack staff announcers were oblivious. i thought harbaugh should have thrown the red flag. if we get that call we are in FG range with a 20-25 yard pickup.

I am surprised that CBS didn't have a camera to replay it from.

I remember that. I thought it was outside of the pylon and was surpised when no flag was thrown. Would really liked to see a replay. CBS's coverage which I perfer to Fox, was lacking yesterday. The C team must've been working.
