Did you guys see this? Pollard compares Kruger to Jared Allen
http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/...0-b5a6488f8075
“I told [Kruger] he reminds me a lot of Jared Allen,” Pollard said, per The Carroll County Time’s Matt Zenitz. “I was in Kansas City with Jared. Jared is a bigger body than Kruger, but very similar with the hands, with the feet. Both are very smart players.
Mighty high praises.
Kruger has been really impressive, but Jared Allen? I guess that's better than being thrown under the bus. :)Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: Did you guys see this? Pollard compares Kruger to Jared Allen
He reminds him of Jared Allen in that he's a white guy who plays at the end of a line they call the defensive one, in a game called Football...other than that, there isn't much of a resemblance at this point.

Allen is a beast in all areas of the game, one of the best pass rushers in football and he plays the run nearly as well as he rushes. There is no comparison whatsoever between the two.

I think Kruger compares more to someone like Kroy Bierman.

that I agree with, not dominant good rotaional guy, solid depth, good circumstances and situational player and excel when asked to do only one thing. But we seen what Kruger has to offer as fulltime starter he can't do it.

Re: Did you guys see this? Pollard compares Kruger to Jared Allen
Come on guys, you're missing the point here. If you''re trying to hype a young buck up to ball out against our rival, you don't tell him "You remind me of Koy Bierman!" No one in the history of the world was ever inspired by that, including Bierman's kid.
Pollard is being a good team mate, take this about as seriously as Ray Lewis when he proclaims every single year that "This is the best team I've been on since the Superbowl."My motto was always to keep swinging. Whether I was in a slump or feeling badly or having trouble off the field, the only thing to do was keep swinging. -Hank Aaron

He may not end up as good as Allen ever, but you guys just watch, he's making great progress. Just remember that Allen was once a 5th round nobody back in the day.
