Shell-shocked Rivers = Ravens win
Man, that is a different Philip Rivers than we've ever seen. His line is porous and you can tell he's tired of being planted on his ass all year. Have never seen him play so tentative and be so quick to throw the ball away.
That line is also causing them to play dink and dunk offense. Totally bizarre not seeing a Rivers led team play long ball. In fact, I don't even think they attempted a bomb today. Crazy stuff but we'll take it.

He played very conservatively...... Sounds familiar

Re: Shell-shocked Rivers = Ravens win
Norv should be available next season for some other team. Rivers is on the downside of his career after all the sacks he has taken. He would be a great back up QB. Glad gaither acted like he did, last year he was the difference for the chargers winning.

Re: Shell-shocked Rivers = Ravens win
It's because he has consistently been making bad decisions all this year and a lot of last year. He was obviously told to stop pressing and trying to make plays. He played it safe all day and it almost worked.

Your right he never threw deep. That O Line has shaken his confidence.
