It's a mix.
SC going to Mitt is exit poll data. But VA is only two jurisdictions right now, none of which are in Dem heavy NOVA.

Yes, east coast polls won't all be closed until 8 p.m. Until then we're not working with a lot of real numbers/sure bets.

0% have reported in for OH .....
Meaning, some town called Bumfucksville, OH has reported it's results in favor of Romney and no other jurisdiction has reported yet.
WAYYYY too early
