Define the Baltimore Ravens identity as an organization, right now
To the rest of the world, what do the Baltimore Ravens represent as a pro football organization?
In your opinion, why should any particular person WANT to be a Baltimore Ravens fan?
Who - exactly - ARE the Baltimore Ravens?
LET's DO THIS!

A team that's pretty fuckin good, pretty much all the time

Honestly, the Ravens are a defensive minded team that likes to run the ball, physically impose its will on other teams and play the ugliest games you'll ever see.

Not this year.
That is part of their problem. They need to build the offense around Joe and Torrey.

The Best.
The organization as a whole has a conservative, stay the course, balanced approach that works.
Superbowl hangover, pilfered roster... and they may only get to .500.
If this as bad as it gets we are a lucky fanbase.

A team traditionally built on defense and physical play that has them as one of the elite teams of the sport; now undergoing a major transition of personnel. Where that transition is going is not clear yet.

Taking a longer-term view (ie, not just this year), I think you've summed it up pretty well. I would add:
Solid, well-prepared FO
Owner, FO treat players well
VERY caring fans
