Watching that one slant last night to Smith highlights that. THOSE were the sort of routes Boldin should have been running the whole time he was here. That was his strength. But like with everything else Cameron did, it was a matter of trying to shove a square peg into a round hole. :hammer:
Re: What If It Wasn't Cam?
Mathematical formula :
Offense + Caldwell = roll through playoffs and Super Bowl victory.

Cam was a very solid OC for the Ravens , runninggame and OL always pretty good, in RZ his offense was always one of the better in the League, defintive much better than Billicks ever was. We did need the change, if our passinggame should ever improve!
However we will see if Caldwell will be the answer. The FO/HC has not been helping him so fare. I find it hard to blame our QB or our OC if we will struggle this year, we simply have too little talent on offense.

Or another one: Offense - Cameron = roll through playoffs and Super bowl victory. Simple addition by subtraction.

I'll never believe it was that simple. They were a dropped pass / missed kick away the year before with Cam. Ray retiring last year had a lot to do with the ride but whatever the reasons, its still awesome
