NFL Experience has free concerts all day.....just walk to the River in the FQ. Its all locals, plenty of jazz. Try Frenchmen Street early evening. Nothing on Diamond Head. Never been there.

debwse,
For better or worse, looks like we are tailgating in that lot on Gameday (there goes your neighborhood). PM me and I'll provide contact info if you want to meet up.
Re: New Orleans Trip Information Thread
I am a Ravens fan and I live in Baton Rouge, LA. Only one hour from NOLA. Baton Rouge is also a good solution for those who can't get "bunks" in NOLA. BR is a fun, Football crazy town! If anyone is coming here and wants to Party Friday Night, let me know! We even have an airport.

Re: New Orleans Trip Information Thread
I may be getting tickets for a reasonable price and may take the WNST bus to get there. Is anyone else taking the bus from them?

Arnie We could not find any reasonable transportation into NO from Hammond. Five of us rented a car at the airport and are going to drive into town, park in the area NOLARaven suggested, and take the streetcar in.

I wouldn't fancy renting a car tbh, coming from the uk at the age of 22 I don't think I'd feel up to the challenge of driving in America lol
