Re: Only in Pittsburgh....
guess they spent all of their money and cant afford to maintain their practice field. Now they are down to their 4th CB with Taylor and Allen already out last game.
Maybe Ben was golfing on the field and forgot to clean up his divit after he shanked his 5 wood.

Curious if you gave a link to that story as there is nothing on Pittsburgh media, radio or print with that story.

Gary Dulac tweeted it. Check his twitter account.

Yes, just saw that. Jim Trexall tweeted that he talked to him after practice and he is playing Sunday.
Re: Only in Pittsburgh....
their secondary has the same injury bug as the Ravens secondary. Bengals have been on a long rest since their Thursday night game. Should be a good test

Should be a good test indeed. Wouldn't be surprised to see Shittsburgh dropping this one and going on a three game skid of their own. Then the Browns take them out next week.

I'm seriously thinking of taking Cinci. With those receivers and the long rest and Pitt's defensive injury issues, it's a coin flip game IMO. But they do have a history of winning home games in Dec...
Re: Only in Pittsburgh....
Taylor and Allen will still prob be out and Taylor is really the key to their secondary not Troy P. He is in the same boat as Ed Reed but at least Ed is better in pass defense whereas troy P is no where to be seen on the field.
Lewis got burned last week anyway by Dallas. He will have his hands full with Green. I expect them to have them put Ryan Clark undernieth or overtop. THe Bengals dont have any other WRs that scare anyone.
If PIT can contain Green and not turn the ball over they should win easily. It took 4 straight turnovers vs PHL for CIN to beat them. Shows how bad PHL is and how CINs offense could not get anything going.

Dont be fooled Keenan Lewis is hurt, smokescreen. He has a bad hip and a bum knee on the other side. They guy the Steelers will have problems with is Hawkins, IMO. Plus, Cincy Dline leads the league in sacks. I think Bengals win this one, Steelers lost 4 0f 5 and got cornholed by the Chargers @ home.
Re: Only in Pittsburgh....
"Only in Pittsburgh"? No. Maybe "Only in PA". Remember the preseason game at the Vet that was canceled because the artificial turf field was full of potholes?
