Stage is set for him.
I was tired of this meaningless "elite" nonsense last year; and I'm even more tired of people taking Flacco's statements out of context and pretending he was being arrogant and/or braggy, when all he was saying was that all NFL QBs need the confidence to think they are the best if they're going to succeed.
Or trade for Jennings, he puts the team on his back
Speaking Jennings, how sick would it be to get him next off season?

Um, in case they haven't noticed, Flacco has been carrying the team on his back.
Exactly. I pointed out in another thread that with the exception of the 9ers game (and an incredible performace by the defense) every one of the Ravens' wins last year came when the team scored 20+ points.
So far, that's been the case this year as well, with the Chiefs being a notable exception. If they have any kind of offense, the Ravens don't win that game because the Ravens' offense couldn't get anything going.
Shut down our offense, and we have no shot at winning. That means the offense carries the team.
