O's need to change thekir season ticket policy

When you want to exchange your ticket for games you cant attend you have to turn your ticket in 48 hours prior to the first pitch. In the old days it used to be just turn your old tickets in the day of the game you want to attend. Thats the way it should be. Like i missed my vacations cause of Stupid O's ticket policy. The Mets dont even do it that way. They always tell their fans if you cant make it on that date on your ticket no problem just go to the box office and exchange it on that day of the game. Well im not gonna attend 13 game or 29 game packs anymore until O's get good or change their ticket policy.
