I don't think hed be a fit here now but for a 3rd somebody is going to jump on that regardless of bad cap number.
I hate to say it but the Dolts could be a real player for him. Their GM came from Philly and was the scouting director when they drafted Jackson so he knows him well. Put him with Luck and the receivers they already have and that offense would be insane.
