Fuck!
Yes, of course.

Joe. More longevity, plus he's got a ring and more playoff success. Bert has the single season numbers for those three outstanding seasons, but I'll take the postseason success. We're remembered most for losing playoff games in the 70's, albeit it to great teams like the Raiders and Steelers.
Tracy Ham? 😁. I kid, I kid....

Bert, without question. He played in an era much less friendly to quarterbacks and if he had access to todays medical technologies there is no telling where he would have wound up on the all time list. He was a pure passer who could read and then just shred a defense. It was a sight to behold. Poor games were the exception. He was very consistent. Once he suffered his shoulder injury he was never the same.
Joe on the other hand has had flashes of superior play but as been inconsistent his entire career.
Unitas is Baltimore's second best QB. Joe's going to win another Superbowl, and be the all time leader in every stat in Baltimore by the time he retires.
If Joe somehow fails to win a second SB, Joe will be #2
Flacco is first and second, or second and third depending on which Flacco shows up. It changes play to play.
Super bowl MVP >>>>> Regular season MVP ask any player in sure they would all agree. Hell ask Marino if he'd trade his 3 all pros for a ring
