Re: My Grocery Store Encounter ....
I never saw what the big fuss is about. Kids are easy to raise since the advent of shock collars and indiscriminate beatings.

My favorite is "are you giving Mom a day off"?
Got that 2-3 times now.

Yeah he's gonna be bigger, friendlier and much better looking that me. But I'm still smarter.
Wait until 3rd grade! Of course he really will know more than you in his mid to late teens.

Me: ... Uhh, of course. She's 4 months old
Daughter: Mom, not again ....
Mother: And her feet are out of her blanket?!?! Why? Her feet must be freezing?
Me: <feeling her feet> Nope, they're quite warm.
Daughter: MOM!!!
Mother: What?! I had to make sure. She's with her Dad after all.
Me: What the hell is that supposed to ....
Daughter: I am SO SORRY Sir <drags Mother away>
So Dad's don't know how to take care of their kids?
You know how old your daughter is? Wow, I'm impressed. I have to call my wife when someone asks me about our son.
Obviously I'm kidding. My wife does an amazing job taking care of our son, but the funny thing is I'm the one who's always more worried he's not warm enough or cool enough. Sounds like that lady had a son or son in law that was useless in helping with the kids. Maybe her own husband was useless.
